It would be a fair assumption that everybody loves the freshness and the tastiness of a smoothie. Nicole Richie, Kate Hudson and Denise Richards, who all have a slim, sleek figure in common, have reportedly tried the Acai berry diet by adding the product into drinks such as coffee, cocktails and smoothies.
I’ve put together some quick and easy instructions below to make yourself a delicious drink
You will need:
– 1 scoop of Acai Berry Diet Powder
– 1 cup of your favourite yogurt or just vanilla
– 1 cup of pomegranate juice
– 1 banana
– Place the above ingredients into a blender
– Blend the ingredients until you acheive a thick consistency
– Your fresh fruit smoothie is ready
– Pour into a glass and drink
The beauty of this recipe is that it can be easily changed for variation by adding mix of flavours.
For variation you could try adding:
– Orange Juice
– Pineapple Juice
– Grape Juice
By experimenting, you will find the right taste for you.
