Acai (pronounced a-sah-ee) is one of the best known sources of antioxidants. Antioxidants are plant-based chemicals which are great for overall health and fighting free radicals within the body.The best bit? Acai bowls are super fun to eat, especially once they are loaded up with all your favourite toppings! Once you have made the base of the bowl, the topping options are endless – plus they make GREAT Instagram pics 😉
