Berry and Acai Bowl

I am obsessed with smoothie bowls – who doesn’t want to eat something that tastes like dessert first thing when they wake up!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/3 cup chopped papaya
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1.5 tsp acai berry powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp LSA (linseed, sunflower and almond)
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • filtered water

Optional

  • Loving Earth Paleo Mix (Berry Choc)

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together except for the filtered water
  2. Add filter water slowly to get the correct consistency
  3. Serve with any breakfast topper, nuts, seeds or berries that you like! I used the Loving Earth Paleo Mix.
