Berry and Acai Bowl2016-04-05
I am obsessed with smoothie bowls – who doesn’t want to eat something that tastes like dessert first thing when they wake up!
- 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/3 cup chopped papaya
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1.5 tsp acai berry powder
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp LSA (linseed, sunflower and almond)
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- filtered water
- Loving Earth Paleo Mix (Berry Choc)
- Blend all ingredients together except for the filtered water
- Add filter water slowly to get the correct consistency
- Serve with any breakfast topper, nuts, seeds or berries that you like! I used the Loving Earth Paleo Mix.
