  • 250ml coconut water
  • 1 frozen mango cheek
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 serve Amazonia Raw natural protein isolate
  • 1 serve Amazonia Raw greens


Serve in a bowl and top with your favourite granola. It’s good.
