Ingredients

  • Flesh from one young coconut
  • 1 serve Amazonia Raw slim & tone vanilla cinnamon protein
  • 1 serve Amazonia Raw pre-probiotic
  • 100ml coconut water

Tip

Make a large batch and store in an airtight container for up to a week.

Method

Step 1

Combine ingredients in blender and transfer to a glass container. Allow to sit at room temperature for 4 hours to culture. Refrigerate and serve cold.
